Romans 15
Paul continues to encourage the Israelites, especially, to accept the Gentiles as brothers, disciples, as Saints. As much as they are new to this, they have equal rights to God's Kingdom.
V9: "...Gentiles may glorify God for his mercy..."
V13: "...May the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace as you trust in him, so that you may overflow with hope by the power of the Holy Spirit."
